Bon Jovi has taken a page out of Rihannas real estate book and has been checking out penthouses in Nolita. BonBon was granted exclusive access to see six units in the new Puck building by Jared Kushner. Ahhh, the life of a rock star. The building is at 295 Lafayette street, just a couple of blocks from Rihanna’s $39,000 a month rental.
The penthouses range from $21 million to $60 million and are between 4,895 and 7,000 square feet. Ol’ Raspy has been trying to unload his Soho home since 2011 but, alas, nobody wants it. I am going to assume that it is because there were some questionable design choices, and not because of the $45 million price tag.
