The four bedroom, four bathroom coop at 3 E 84th Street went to Messing for $5.4M. This will likely serve as Deb’s bachelorette pad since she split from boyfriend Will Chase recently.
The apartment features 10ft ceilings, a Juliette balcony, a library with custom built-ins, an eat-in kitchen, a master suite with a huge dressing room, and a wood-burning fireplace.
The seller of the primo pad was Richard Haas, President of the Council on Foreign Relations. Congrats on your new home, Debra!
