Will Smith’s Former NoHo Apartment Listed at $13 Million

by | May 26, 2017

A gorgeous NoHo pad has recently been put on the market, asking for $13 million. The renovated, 3,600 square foot property was once rented by Will Smith, sometime between his stint rapping alongside Jazzy Jeff and his After Earth days.

The property at 25 Bond Street was formerly a full-floor apartment. This was the case when the famed actor was renting, and he was paying a whopping $85,000 per month in rent.

After his tenure, the apartment was listed for sale at $19.995 million. After receiving no offers, the property was divided in two, with one of the units selling relatively quickly for $9 million. Now the other property is up for sale, adding several renovations and giving the 3-bed, 3.5-bath property an interior face lift, in addition to its star-studded name association.

Following the renovations, the unit has a very chic, modernist, interior vibe. Even the most minute details of the home are ornate and beautiful, with designer Elena Frampton leaving no stone unturned.

The living room has an open floor plan and features a billiards table, fireplace, custom furniture, and walnut cabinetry. The kitchen is decked out with modern stainless steel appliances, a copper-covered chef’s table, and two wine refrigerators.

Unlike Suicide Squad, this unit is a veritable work of art, and the forethought and careful, deliberate intention behind its design contribute to its breath-taking aesthetic.

For $13 million, you could be the new owner of this trendy, furnished property. And the best part is that it’s ready for move-in, and in one of the most sought-after areas in NYC!
