Willem Dafoe, known for his roles in movies such as “The Grand Budapest Hotel,” “The Boondock Saints,” “Spider-Man 1-3,” and “Finding Nemo,” is the new owner of a West Village co-op, according to city records.
The seven story, fourteen unit building at 68 Jane Street in the West Village was converted from factory to loft spaces in the 1970s. The unit features 12.5-foot ceilings, 11-foot arched windows, and a wood-burning fireplace. Dafoe is a current resident of apartment no. 3 in the building. The asking price for his new home was $3.99 million.
